1/2 tsp baking powder
1 In the first step, separate the eggs neatly. Put the egg whites in a bowl and beat
together with the baking powder and a pinch of salt until stiff.
2 Mix egg yolk and cream cheese in a separate bowl until a creamy consistency is
obtained. Stir this whole mass carefully under the egg whites until both masses are
completely mixed together.
3 Preheat the oven to 130 degrees (circulating air). Line a baking sheet with parchment
paper. Using a spoon, place about six pies out of the dough on the baking sheet. Bake
