We buy La Banderita Low Carb Tortillas by the case and make “Keto Burritos” with scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon or sausage, and shredded cheese. Once rolled, we wrap them in wax paper and place in a freezer bag for a quick and convenient low carb breakfast on the go.
Try Keto Mug Muffins/Mug Cakes

Make Keto Pancakes
keto pancakes are EXTREMELY simple to make and are a favorite at our house as well. Did I mention they use just 2 ingredients? All you have to do is blend 2 oz cream cheese with 2 eggs–they cook just like pancakes! You can add sweetener, fruit, spices, even sugar free chocolate chips. So simple and delicious!
