1/2 cup old fashioned oats with 1/4 cup dried blueberries or cranberries, 1 tablespoon of walnuts, 1 tablespoon flax meal, and 1 packet Stevia.
jar salad, which probably has spinach and/or mixed greens and/or romaine; some kind of protein like grilled chicken, tuna, or beans; veggies like tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli slaw, and bell peppers; low fat cheese like feta or Cabot 75% fat free cheddar; lemon juice or some kind of low fat dressing. Lots of water. Maybe a chocolate square.
3:00 PM snack
nuts or Laughing Cow cheese with Nut Thins, or a box of Steamfresh veggies with Molly McButter butter sprinkles
Pre-workout snack on workout days
high protein granola bar
Post-workout snack on workout days
chocolate milk, applesauce, or Kefir
probably some kind of one-pan meal like chicken Vindaloo with bell peppers, onions, and cauliflower rice
Walking around the parking lot at work whenever I have a chance, 1 hour fitness kickboxing or 1 hour trail walking if it’s nice outside!
