7 Ways to Drink More Water
The jug method
Try filling a gallon jug of water and marking off every two hours, starting with the earliest time you are awake on top. This will help break the proverbial elephant into smaller bites and make drinking more water seem less overwhelming!
Try a fruit infuser bottle

Drink after drinking
If you drink alcohol, drink a glass of water after each glass of alcohol. Not only does this seem to help you “feel good” more quickly and causes you to drink less, but it also helps TREMENDOUSLY with the next day yuckies.
Try an app!
Try an app like Water Your Body, available for iPhone and Android. It asks your weight and gives you an estimate of how much water you should drink daily. Adding your water intake is super easy on this app!
